Amendment To Social Media Client Agreement — SATE Add-On

1.Background

This Amendment adds one business — SATE (Las Vegas) — to the Social Media Client Agreement signed September 23, 2026 (service start September 28, 2026) between the same parties. All terms of that agreement remain in full effect and apply to SATE, with the additions below.

2.The Add-On

The add-on is month-to-month, same as the main agreement — either party may end the add-on with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next monthly period.

3.What SATE Gets Each Week

SATE receives the same full weekly package as the other businesses:

• One in-person filming session on Content Day (Tuesdays)
• 4 edited deliverables per week (reels, photos, short story clips)
• Social strategy + A/B testing of captions/hashtags across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
• Promo design and blasts
• Weekly analytics check-in + posting
• All content in a shared folder with full reuse rights (website, ads, anywhere)
• 1 feature per week on @sauceyvegas

4.Payment

Payment is due on the 1st of every month, on the same cycle as the main agreement.

Pay by Zelle (no fee) to Jen Victoria at 323-448-6979 — $3,750 total for the month, for all agreements together, pay it all together on the 1st — or by Stripe (5% fee), as in the main agreement.

5.Everything Else

The Client approves prices, promotions, menus, hours, and factual information before posting. Scheduling, travel, content rights, confidentiality, and all remaining terms are exactly as in the September 23, 2026 agreement, which this Amendment supplements and does not replace.
